John Losh, Head JV Coach
Jon Losh is a proud Columbine graduate from the class of 2000. He went on to play football for the University of Northern Colorado for five years. This will be his fifth year coaching football and he’s excited about it being his first year with the Rebels. He is married to Lianne and has two boys, 14 year old Austin and 1 ½ year old Jaxon. They all enjoy camping and hanging out with family and friends. When Coach Losh has some spare time, he enjoys playing basketball. He quotes, “I am looking forward to coaching this year. GO REBELS!”
Tony Antonio, JV Assistant Coach
This is Coach Antonio's 16th season with the Columbine Football program. Coach Antonio will be coaching defensive backs and wide receivers this year. Tony is married to Colleen has two children and four grandchildren. His other passion along with football is music and is an accomplished drummer. Coach Antonio quotes, “I have been fortunate to work with Columbine Football for almost 16 years in one capacity or another and this has been a great opportunity. We are all very excited about Columbine football this year. Go REBS!"
Andrew Conant, JV Assistant Coach
Coach Conant was born and raised in Littleton and graduated from Columbine High School in 2001. He will be coaching JV running backs and defensive backs this year. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Amber, for 4 years, has a two year old princess named Aubrey and another child due in December. Coach Conant currently runs a remodel company called C3 Construction. He is also working on his Masters in Secondary Education and will start student teaching at Columbine in January 2012. He quotes, “I am most looking forward to establishing true relationships with the Columbine Football family and carrying on the rich tradition that is Columbine Football.”
John Davis, JV Assistant Coach
Coach Davis graduated from Columbine in 1997. John is in his 5th year as an Offensive coordinator and Linebacker coach for the JV team. He is excited to see all of these young men continue to grow and develop on the field and in the classroom.
Jacob Smith, JV Assistant Coach
Coach Smith graduated from Columbine in 2006. He was a part of the 2002 State Championship football team at CHS. This is his second year coaching for Columbine. He attended and played football for Montana State University-Northern and was a four year starter. Coach Smith will be coaching the JV Offensive/Defensive Line and is very excited about this year’s group of young men. Coach Smith is very optimistic that we will have a very successful year in 2011.
Tanner Rogers, JV Assistant Coach
Coach Rogers was a 2003 Graduate of Columbine High School. He played football, baseball, and basketball. Coach Rogers was a 1st team All- Conference/ All-State selection for 2 years in football and baseball. He was also player of the year in both sports his senior year. After high school, Coach Rogers was drafted in the 8th round by the Florida Marlins and played 6 seasons with them. Coach Rogers will start his 2nd full season as a coach for the JV Quarterbacks and Defensive Backs. He has one brother Curt and his parents are Tom and Cindy. Coach Rogers quotes, “I am really looking forward to coaching this year and I think we will be very successful.”
